Calm fragrance, clearly mushroomy, floral and nutty, with yellow fruit notes, parsley, spring onions, a hint of root vegetables and a note of wax. Ripe yellow fruit on the palate, delicately nutty and waxy tones, fine acidity and some grip, good persistence, medium power, some melting, delicately smoky and dark roasted nuances on the palate, distinct minerality, some depth, floral nuances, a hint of red berries and tangerines, very good, firm, juicy, a little nutty-spicy and again mineral on the finish with quite fresh and fine vegetal flavours.
